Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to support our manpower operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office tasks
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for scheduling and documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondence
- Assist in processing employee onboarding and mobilization
- Communicate with clients and candidates regarding updates and schedules
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the manpower/recruitment industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- UAE Driving License preferred
- Immediate joiner highly preferred
