We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Accounts/HR Assistant to work 1-on-1 with management. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in both administrative support and HR/accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to management
  • Handle daily HR tasks including onboarding, records management, and employee queries
  • Assist with basic accounts duties (invoicing, expenses, payroll support)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate office activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Admin, Accounts, or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
