We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial management experience, preferably within the maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily accounting and finance activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Support management with financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
