Acoor is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with payroll. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise the accounting department’s daily routines to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices.
  • Supervising and assisting with account reconciliations, account analysis, and closing procedures at month end.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Finance Graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
