We’re looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing our financial operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly revenue reports to management.
- Ledger Maintenance: Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- AP/AR: Process vendor invoices and manage customer billing/collections.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, statements,.
- Compliance: Support tax filings and gather documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
