Interview Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).

Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory, and production-related accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitor inventory transactions and manufacturing costs.

Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.

Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

Process invoices, payments, and petty cash.

Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, and Sales departments regarding financial records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and VAT requirements.

Assist with audits and other financial reporting requirements.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
