The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success with our service.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Client Communication and Customer Relations Management: Overseeing landlord client communication through the company communication channels including WhatsApp, email and phone calls. Responding to client requests in a prompt and professional manner and using pre-approved message templates to increase efficiency of communication. This role will be the main point of contact for all landlord enquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Overseeing and coordinating any client meeting requests. Ensuring all documentation is prepared and all relevant employees are in attendance and all relevant data and documents for the query is on hand and prepared for a productive meeting.
- Property Onboarding: When a new property is signed, preparing these properties by overseeing activities such as apartment furnishing to meet Kennedy Property and DET/DCT furnishing standards, utility connections and property marketing.Working collaboratively with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
- Government Compliance: Ensuring every property meets the requirements and standard set by DET, DCT and any other government bodies. Including but not limited to furnishing standards, coordinating property inspections, installing smart locks, registering government permits and adapting to any new legislative updates. If any signatures or any additional investment is required to ensure compliance this must be coordinated in an efficient way.
- Dispute Resolution: Handling any client disputes efficiently. Identifying the problem and working with the team to ensure a prompt resolution is put in place.
- Client Retention: Ensuring that when a landlord terminates their agreement, they firstly abide by the terms of the agreement in terms of the notice period and any contract termination fees and secondly putting in place and executing a plan to retain the property by solving the client’s issues.
- Long Term Rental Management: Overseeing the registration of new leases, coordinating any required maintenance work and handling the arrivals of new tenants. Overseeing the lease renewals and aligning with government legislation on rental price increases.
- Goals: Aligning with senior management on targets for managed property portfolio maintenance levels and client retention rates across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Achieving agreed targets.
