Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term customer partnerships.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning customer business goals with innovative IT solutions, while managing complex, high-value sales opportunities from pipeline development through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Position solutions in line with customer strategy, ensuring long-term partnership value
  • Drive growth and profitability across assigned enterprise accounts

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to deal closure
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Lead complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals across multiple business units
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive account engagement and opportunity creation

Customer Engagement

  • Translate customer business challenges into compelling IT solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior executives to influence decision-making
  • Lead strategic discussions, positioning value-driven solutions that align to customer goals
  • Support and guide customers on their digital transformation journey

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional account teams to deliver customer success
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to maximise outcomes
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and capability
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and results

Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with partners across the ecosystem
  • Align partner strategies to account objectives to drive mutual success
  • Leverage internal tools, resources, and programs to enhance deal performance

Skills & Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise account management or IT sales
  • Proven success in managing and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong experience working with large enterprise or global accounts
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline management, forecasting, ROI)
  • Experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise technologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation

Preferred

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience within a specific industry or vertical
  • Background in IT consulting, enterprise technology, or solution-based selling
