We’re Hiring: Assistant Accountant

Reality Building Materials Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in the home country is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice booking and recording of purchase invoices.
• Recording and reconciling credit card transactions.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Petty cash reconciliation and maintenance.
• Assisting with daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting the Accounts team with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.
