We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to oversee the seamless execution of all events and rental operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and real-time report with the company owners to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth transactions and execution of all event and rental requirements
- Prepare requests for approval related to events requirements
- Interact with the hotels/venue for work permit acquisition and other requirements
- Follow up on the status of all event-related tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with internal departments
- Provide real-time updates and reports to company owners
- Maintain detailed documentation and timelines for each event requirement
- Resolve issues swiftly to avoid disruptions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience with Wedding Events is an advantage
