Role Summary:
A dynamic, multitasking professional to handle in-house sales, customer service, daily operations, and AMC task scheduling. This role bridges client interaction and internal execution, ensuring smooth service delivery and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and AMC renewals
- Schedule daily technician visits and monitor task completion
- Maintain client records and service logs
- Coordinate with field teams and update management
- Track leads and assist in closing sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English, Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent multitasking and time management
- Familiar with CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
- Experience in service-based companies preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
