We are hiring 3 Hospitality Staff to assist customers, ensure smooth operation of the play zone, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist children and families at the play zone.
- Guide visitors on activities, games, and safety rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the play area.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries.
- Assist with basic cashiering or ticketing if required.
Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or kids’ play areas is a plus but not mandatory.
