Call Centre Agent

We are one of the most modern and fast-growing real estate developers in Ajman. Our focus is on building long-term value for investors and developing innovative real estate projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Call Assistant who can help us establish strong relationships with brokers and partners in the UAE and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to brokers, agents, and potential partners in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain professional communication with brokers in the UAE, especially Dubai and Ajman.
  • Follow structured call scripts, handle objections, and provide accurate information about our projects.
  • Keep detailed call records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure follow-ups are executed in a timely manner.
  • Support in email campaigns by aligning call outreach with email follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with a clear and professional accent (must).
  • Urdu/Hindi fluency (must), to communicate effectively with South Asian brokers and partners.
  • Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver results with consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
