Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress with experience in franchised cafés, restaurants, or high-end hospitality brands. The ideal candidate should excel in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
  • Ensure guests’ needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
  • Process bills and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
  • Follow company hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waitress in a franchised café, restaurant, or high-end hospitality brand.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and upselling abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
