Job Purpose
To oversee inventory control activities by monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all inventory transactions and stock movements.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory control reports and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor stock accuracy and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and annual stock audits.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments for inventory-related activities.
- Support ERP inventory management and system updates.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory adjustments and approvals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations.
