Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to support the day-to-day management of inventory and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing medicines, consumables, and other inventory items.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Prepare goods issue/receipt documentation and maintain proper filing.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store while following inventory control procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or in a similar inventory role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
