Sales & Marketing Executive – Catering & Restaurant
Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting the restaurant and catering services, generating new business, building client relationships, and increasing sales through effective marketing and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new catering and restaurant business.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate customers.
- Promote services through social media, digital marketing, and local campaigns.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful event delivery.
- Meet sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
