Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project execution, managing multiple departments, improving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, and Finance departments.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.
- Monitor project profitability, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ADNOC requirements (where applicable), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Review project progress, resolve operational challenges, and prepare management reports.
- Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 05–07 years of UAE experience, including at least 5 years in an Operations Manager role within a construction, fit-out, or general contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, planning, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
