Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive (Female – Arabic Speaker) with 3 to 5 years of experience in perfume, fragrance, retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fragrances, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes, oud, bakhoor, and related fragrance products.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, including fragrance notes, ingredients, and usage.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Promote new product launches, seasonal offers, and gift sets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are fully stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the showroom.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock requirements and customer feedback.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Female candidate.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales.
  • Strong knowledge of perfumes, oud, bakhoor, and fragrance products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

  • Experience in premium or luxury fragrance brands.
  • Upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
