Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our leading dental care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience by managing appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating with dentists, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate treatment schedules with dentists and clinical staff.
- Explain treatment plans, appointment procedures, and payment options to patients.
- Process billing, invoices, and insurance documentation when required.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive in a healthcare or dental clinic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with dental or healthcare management software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Age below 35 years.
