RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients to retain them through dedicated relationship management efforts, addressing service quality and operational concerns.
  • Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products, focusing on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals and Forex transactions.
  • Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and safeguarding Emirates NBD’s reputation.
  • Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.
  • Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.
  • Complete mandatory training and certifications promptly while maintaining punctuality, meeting deadlines and adhering to Emirates NBD’s dress code policy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education – University Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experiences – 1 to 3 years in a sales role within the Financial services/Banking industry. – Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, e.g. Retail and Wealth Management.
