Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face consultations.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, admissions, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in education, training institutes, colleges, or service-based industries.
- Experience handling admissions or student counseling.
