Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee records and attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
Accounting Duties
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with VAT documentation and filing requirements.
- Support external auditors by providing requested financial information.
- Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
