Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking events, and cold calling.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

3. Understanding Client Requirements

  • Conduct meetings to gather customer requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and technical challenges.
  • Identify opportunities where IT solutions can improve business performance.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design suitable solutions.

4. Product & Service Presentation

  • Present company products and services to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Explain technical features in a simple business-oriented manner.
  • Highlight the benefits, ROI, and value proposition of solutions.

5. Proposal Preparation & Quotation

  • Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Create commercial quotations and pricing structures.
  • Coordinate with management for approvals and discounts.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate and competitive.

6. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
  • Handle client objections professionally.
  • Close sales deals within target timelines.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed properly.

7. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate revenue from IT services and solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and forecast future sales.
  • Continuously work on increasing business opportunities.

8. Account Management

  • Manage existing customer accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Renew contracts and service agreements.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships.

9. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Share market intelligence with management.

10. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with technical, pre-sales, project, and support teams.
  • Ensure smooth project implementation after sales closure.
  • Coordinate resource allocation for client projects.
  • Resolve client concerns through internal collaboration.

11. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Track sales activities and opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.

12. Customer Support & After-Sales Service

  • Ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Follow up after project delivery.
  • Address customer concerns and escalations.
  • Maintain high customer retention rates.

13. Business Development Activities

  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with vendors and strategic clients.
  • Expand the company’s market presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required
  • Minimum bachlors degree is required
  • Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be confident and have understanding of market IT trends
