We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operation Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business targets and improving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the lead generation team, sales team, and management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination. Preferable in Freshers in Dubai with previous experience in their home country.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance objectives.
- Coordinate between the lead generation team and sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.
- Monitor sales activities, lead progress, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
- Prepare sales reports daily, performance summaries, and pipeline updates.
- Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing sales and performance strategies.
- Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
- Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales coordination and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
