Full job description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support sales operations, tenders, and project documentation (including Bills of Quantities and proposals).
- Act as a central point of contact between the sales team, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain CRM data, track order processing, and coordinate delivery/installation schedules.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and regular sales pipeline reports.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales support role (experience in the medical equipment, simulation technology, or educational supplies sector is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
