Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead all HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with senior leadership to support business transformation and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and talent management programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- UAE/Dubai passport holders only.
- Male candidates preferred.
