What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to Service Sales and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare and process customer contracts, renewals, and service-related documentation.
- Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support maintenance planning, technician scheduling, and service operations.
- Assist with inspections, reporting, customer portals, and tender documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management across systems.
What We’re Looking For
- UAE National (Family Book holder).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with SAP, CRM, or ERP systems is beneficial.
