Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and other departments regarding patient visits.
- Process billing, invoices, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, or Healthcare Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in billing and cash handling preferred.
- Ability to manage patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
