About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our growing Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Holiday Homes operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Conduct property inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Provide prompt and efficient support to guests as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes operations.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Own vehicle required (fuel allowance provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
