Full job description

We are looking for a Commis Baker / Chocolatier to support the pastry team in preparing baked goods and chocolate items while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing breads, pastries, and basic chocolate products
  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
  • Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean work area
  • Support daily production and service requirements
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge or training in baking or chocolate making
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness

Work Location: In person
