Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and prepare beds according to company standards (including proper folding, hospital corners, and pillow arrangement).
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing, as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents/guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, residential, or similar setting preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and bed-making techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
