Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and energetic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Dubai team. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market, including off-plan and ready properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
  • Advise clients on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Handle rental, sales, and off-plan transactions from inquiry to closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors
  • Advertise listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements

  • Previous real estate sales experience preferred (Dubai/UAE experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan, secondary, rentals)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is a plus)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
