Full job description
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and prospecting activities.
- Meet with potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Present and promote available properties to prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to support sales initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
