Company is looking for a proactive and organized Admin/ HR to manage daily administrative operations and support HR functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, and office administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage office administration and daily operations
- * Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- * Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- * Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents
- * Coordinate with employees, suppliers, and management
- * Ensure proper filing and record management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- * 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (UAE experience preferred)
- * Good knowledge of recruitment and office administration
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- * Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
- * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- * Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- * Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference
Salary & Benefits
- * AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience)
