Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business leads and identifying upcoming construction projects.
- Visiting clients, dealers, and suppliers in the field to promote product catalogs.
- Negotiating prices, preparing B2B quotations, and ensuring prompt collections/payments.
- Coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of proven UAE sales experience in the building materials or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sectors.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
