HR Executive (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and labor-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance tracking.
  • Support training, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support in ISO documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
