Sales Manager

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and trial conversion through to enrolment — while leading and developing our sales and admin team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student enrolment and revenue growth across all sports and venues.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales and admin team to achieve targets.
  • Convert leads, trials, and enquiries into long-term memberships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and partners.
  • Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and refine the sales strategy.
  • Work closely with management to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within sports, education, or services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
  • CRM experience (Classcard or similar) is an advantage.
  • UAE experience preferred.
