Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Develop and maintain innovative menus with consistent quality
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction
- Promote a professional and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred
