Job Description:
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a Attendance Coordinator/Timekeeper with strong experience in attendance management and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be capable of handling biometric attendance records for 500+ employees efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance and timesheets of employees
  • Handle biometric attendance system for 500+ employees
  • Prepare manpower and attendance reports in Excel
  • Manage overtime, leave, and shift records
  • Update and maintain employee attendance database
  • Coordinate with HR and site supervisors for attendance issues
  • Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data management functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Attendance Coordinator/Timekeeper
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Experience in handling large workforce attendance records
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records
