Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall operations, performance, and growth of the branch.
- Drive student recruitment and admissions by ensuring effective counseling and conversion strategies.
- Manage and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve branch revenue targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement business development initiatives to generate new leads and expand market reach.
- Ensure students receive accurate guidance on academic programs, university selection, admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Monitor the entire student enrollment journey and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain branch productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and staff development.
- Analyze branch performance metrics, prepare reports, and present business updates to management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university partnerships, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, partners, students, and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the education consultancy or education sales industry, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, student visas, and scholarship opportunities.
- Experience with CRM software and branch performance management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
