Document Controller

Full job description

Job Purpose

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents and records while supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations. The role ensures accurate document control, compliance with company policies, efficient record management, employee file administration, recruitment support, and overall HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, maintain, and archive company documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documents are properly controlled, updated, distributed, and stored according to company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee records.
  • Monitor document revisions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, timesheets, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee visa, labor, and other regulatory documentation where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding documentation and HR-related matters.
  • Support administrative and operational requirements as assigned by management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
