Admin Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to support our manpower operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office tasks
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for scheduling and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondence
  • Assist in processing employee onboarding and mobilization
  • Communicate with clients and candidates regarding updates and schedules
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the manpower/recruitment industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • UAE Driving License preferred
  • Immediate joiner highly preferred
