Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and related applications.
- Configure and maintain network devices, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
- Assist with CCTV, access control, and IP telephony systems when required.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide onsite support across customer locations in the UAE.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Active Directory and basic server administration.
- Experience supporting printers, email systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with firewalls, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
- Knowledge of CCTV, PBX, and cloud technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco are an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
