Job Description:
Operations & Facility Standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of spa wet areas (sauna, steam, experience showers, relaxation lounges, pools) and fitness facilities.
- Prepare and restock treatment rooms, locker areas, and changing rooms with linens, amenities, and supplies.
- Monitor spa and gym facilities throughout the day, ensuring all areas remain guest-ready.
- Ensure towels, robes, and other amenities are always available, fresh, and presented neatly.
- Assist in monitoring equipment and report maintenance needs immediately.
Guest Assistance
- Welcome guests and provide support in navigating spa and gym facilities.
- Ensure guest comfort by offering towels, water, and amenities when required.
- Assist guests with locker usage, facility orientation, and general requests.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate to supervisors when needed.
Team Support
- Support spa therapists by preparing treatment rooms and replenishing products/linens.
- Assist fitness instructors with set-up for classes and maintaining equipment on the gym floor.
- Communicate with receptionists and supervisors to coordinate guest flow and operational needs.
- Participate actively in daily briefings and team meetings.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in spa, fitness, or hospitality housekeeping/attendant roles preferred.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Good communication skills and guest-service orientation.
- Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
