Credit Collection Officer

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of l administrative duties to support Finance Department!

What you will be doing:

  • Collect and analyze relevant and accurate information about a challenge, accept every change as a learning curve and find a solution to overcome every challenge.
  • Handle all queries from internal & external customers.
  • Should have thorough knowledge about Hotel Credit Policy. Accounts Receivable Supervisor must educate concerned departments about Hotel Credit Policy.
  • Thoroughly review Credit Applications and recommend approval or rejection of Credit Facility.
  • Maintain the list of Approved Credit along with Credit Limits in the public directory.
  • Maintain up to date filing of all approved and rejected Credit Applications.
  • To Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest’s feel welcome during their stay
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have a genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members.
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
