Here’s what we’re looking for in our new team members:
- Team players: be a part of helping and praising each other in our daily tasks and the unexpected
- Great customer service experience, or willing to learn with a friendly disposition
- Confident telephone manner and email correspondence
- Motivation to reach targets
- Excitement to learn and continue to improve, with advancement opportunities available
- Great computer system understanding, able to learn new computer programs efficiently (Maestro PMS experience is an asset, as well as tour operator and extranet systems)
- Reliable for scheduling
- Fluent English speaking and writing (additional languages are an asset)
- Previous experience in hotel reservations is not required, although an asset.
