Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide accurate information regarding hotel services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
