About the Opportunity
Taymor is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our President and Senior Leadership Team in Delta, BC. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless flow of information across the organization.
You will act as a trusted partner to the President, helping to optimize time, improve alignment, and drive execution across key business priorities.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong judgment, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel to ensure optimal use of executive time
- Acting as a liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and follow-through
- Coordinating company-wide meetings, leadership sessions, workshops, and corporate events
- Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and executive-level materials
- Supporting Senior Leadership on corporate strategic projects and initiatives
- Driving project coordination by tracking timelines, supporting execution, and reinforcing accountability across teams
- Acting as the internal champion for project management tools (e.g., Asana), supporting adoption and effective use
- Managing administrative operations, including budgets, expense reporting, invoicing, and office processes
- Monitoring and improving office systems, procedures, and administrative efficiency
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You
To qualify, you will bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (President/CEO/Owner level) or role with comparable skills needed
- Proven ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
In addition, the following will set you apart:
- Experience supporting multiple executives and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project coordination or project management experience and tools (e.g., Asana)
- Experience planning and managing events and corporate meetings
