PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Support setup and cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and tableware.
  • Learn menu items, promotions, and basic product knowledge.
  • Support order taking and coordinate with kitchen and service team.
  • Provide friendly service and respond to basic guest requests.
  • Support upselling and guest satisfaction.
  • Attend briefings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORT LINES & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Report to Restaurant Captain / Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operation.

OTHERS

  • Participate in training and development (IDP).
  • Support team operations as required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Represent the brand and deliver a positive guest experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying in Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • Interest in Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Service-minded with good personality and teamwork.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
